Terms of Service

Versivo AI ("Versivo", "we", "our") is a product of TECNITY. It turns GitHub commit metadata into release notes, changelogs, and delivery reports. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any GitHub repositories you connect.

Release notes are drafted by AI from your commit messages and are always saved as editable drafts — nothing is published automatically. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or sharing it. AI drafts can contain mistakes; treat them as a starting point, not a source of truth.

Your commit data, release notes, and uploads remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying your content to you and to anyone you publish or share it with. We never write to your GitHub repositories.

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach or overload the platform, no reselling without permission, and no using the AI features to generate content unrelated to software release communication at abusive volume.

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of TECNITY for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
